“Health is not defined by the absense of disease rather, it is recognised by the presence of wellbeing”
World Health Organisation (WHO)
We offer programs in three key areas
Each program is tailored to your team’s needs, ensuring impactful lasting results.
Empathy
Understand how stress affects hormonal and emotional health, impacting workplace dynamics and excellence.
Energy
Create a workplace that appreciates wellbeing, resulting in improved focus, collaboration and safety that drives success.
Environment
Create an environment that fosters well-being, focus, and collaboration.
Core values
Evidence
based
With the amount of conflicting information available at our fingertips, it becomes impossible to discern what is true and relevant. Our content is grounded in evidence and continuously updated with the latest research, ensuring you receive accurate and applicable advice.
Conversational
language
We break down difficult scientific language into easily digestible terms that are simple to understand and follow.
Knowledge
is power
The more we understand how our bodies function, the better we can support ourselves. This knowledge creates a ripple effect in the workplace: when we feel better and more energised, we perform better.
Investing
in people
People drive business, and our programs are built with that in mind—enhancing empathy, energy, and the work environment. Research shows that when staff well-being and morale improve, so do communication, collaboration, and loyalty. Employees take greater pride in their work and feel more motivated to contribute their best.
Our story
As health professionals with over 20 years of combined experience, we began to notice a concerning trend: sick days were at an all-time high. People were coming to us experiencing burnout, chronic stress, and overwhelm. While we were able to support their recovery, many returned to the same source of their distress — the workplace.
It became clear that the modern workplace plays a far greater role in people’s health and wellbeing than ever before. The systems, pressures, and environments they return to often undermine their progress.
Through deeper investigation, we identified three recurring themes: poor Empathy, poor Energy, and poor Environment in the workplace. These three elements became the foundation for our solution — a proactive, workplace-focused approach to health and resilience.
This is why we created InnerWorkings. To make a real impact, we knew we had to go straight to the source— the workplace.
Because this crisis doesn’t just affect individuals — it affects business outcomes. Chronically stressed teams don’t function at their best. Focus suffers. Innovation slows. Sick days pile up. When people aren’t well, businesses can’t thrive.
After all, the true InnerWorkings of a business are its people—and people can’t thrive without proper nutrition, support, and care.

Peta is a busy mother of two young boys and deeply understands the importance of regulating the nervous system to balance the challenges of motherhood, work, and daily life. She holds a double degree in Health and Environmental Science and currently works in a clinical setting alongside doctors as clinical naturopath and nutritionist.
‘I am consistently seeing clients come in who are stressed out of their minds. They are taking multiple sick days from work and don’t know what to do. These people have chronic gut issues, are metabolically unwell and often suffer insomnia. To make matters worse, they are constantly told there is nothing wrong with them because their blood work looks ‘fine’.
My goal is to educate people before they reach the point of taking sick days or developing chronic conditions. I want to see individuals thrive in business and feel energised, helping them avoid health issues and perform at their best’.

Dani has been a nurse for over a decade and has worked in Hospitals in England, South Africa and Australia. Most of her career has been in critical care including Intensive Care and the Cath Lab (heart attacks). Having been on the management and stabilization side of health care most of her career she wanted more for her patients. What about preventative instead or reactive? Taking a new direction she stepped into general practice, as a clinic nurse but even here she felt limited in how effective her advice was, following the western model. Feeling unsatisfied with her work, she saw an opportunity to combine her knowledge and practice with a more holistic approach.
Dani holds over 2000 hrs in the study of yoga, is a yoga therapist and has studied at length anatomy, physiology and the role of the nervous system. The benefits of movement, breathwork and lifestyle through both the Eastern and Western lens.
“I now want to bring it all together, everything I have learned, to help others.
My vision is to impact people on a larger scale rather than the usual 1:1. Health is more empowering when we have a team around us cheering us on for a brighter future. With so much conflicting advice and an abundant amount of information available at our fingertips. We cut through the jargon and bring you information in bite size pieces to create impactful positive changes in your quality of life.”
